I thought new Haddie Skins were being released today.

I don't think they said they would be released today, more like that they have upped there art team to hopefully give more skins to survivors who barely get any

They'll appear some time over the next few weeks, but not the same day as the update releases. New outfits tend to appear in the store over multiple weeks. You can expect them sometime between 6.6.0 and 6.7.0.
