[PC] Store cosmetics infinitely loading/don't appear on certain characters
After this update (Tools of Torment), individual cosmetic items in the store are no longer applying to some character models. When selecting them, I just get a roundel spinning but the clothes don't load. I have not seen this issue happen before.
Selecting outfits however is fine and they appear properly.
This happened immediately after starting the game for the first time (went straight to the store), and every time after verifying files (no issues) and restarting.
Currently it is affecting Nea who has:
head: Tic Tac Teal Punk Cut (Street Rebel)
top: Pink Kitty Sweater (Stockholm Syndrome)
bottoms: Ripped Leggings (one of the DLC packs I forget which).
Choosing any individual items will just get a roundel, no icon appears and the clothes never appear on Nea. Also trying to equip an item that I own via this menu and backing out to the menu seemed to force disconnect me from the game/server. Equipping those same items in the lobby screen works fine.
