Cannot connect to store error

Hey I can't login to the game, I just get told I can't connect to store and cannot retrieve the list of available content. Please try again later.

I'm on xbox beta.

Any ideas?

As far as I'm aware, there is currently an outage for the Xbox services:
https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-live-status
This should be the issue.
