Effects, Buffs & Debuffs - Killer Powers vs Perks
What in-game modifiers(effects/buffs/debuffs) are specific to killer powers, which are specific to perks, and which can cover both?
Where do killer addons fit? Are they more similar to perk buffs/debuffs or more similar to those from killer powers?
Not sure if BHVR Devs/Community Managers can chime in however I'll include examples I have seen them state.
Example 1: Killer instinct is specific to Killer Powers. (I have seen a forum post stating devs don't intend/want perks to effect Killer Instinct)
Example 2: Incapacitated - as of 6.6.0 (incap. removed from Eruption), this is a killer power specific. (again I have seen a forum post stating devs found incapacitated unfun when tied to a perk and will likely be reserved for killer powers in the future)
Example 3: Survivor Auras - to my knowledge, Survivor Auras is something that is only tied to perks and killer addons, never the killers power base kit.
Example 4: Exposed - clearly available on both killer powers, perks and killer addons
I am just curious on peoples' thoughts on which "in-game modifiers" (effects/buffs/debuffs) fall into different roles. Are there any you think should not be where they are (ex: exposed too strong for perks [I don't think this is the case, just an example of concept])? Or alternatively should one be somewhere it is not (ex: survivor auras on base kit killer power [no addons required])
