Leverage Buff: Always Active When a Survivor is Hooked
Currently, Leverage debuffs survivor healing speeds for 30 seconds after a survivor is hooked. I suggest a change: Leverage activates upon a survivor being hooked, and remains active indefinitely while any survivor remains hooked, and continues to remain active for 30 seconds after the last hooked survivor is either unhooked or sacrificed.
Basically, Leverage is always active while any survivor is hooked, and only starts the 30 second timer after the survivor is rescued or dies. This both slows down survivors healing before going in for the rescue, and also slows down healing the rescued survivor themselves. I think this would make it a lot more useful and effective.

I see no reason to run current leverage over sloppy, and sloppy is a free perk. I found it super bizarre

You might as well add this effect to Hysteria & Blood Echo then.

Hysteria works off of injuries, not hooks. Blood Echo though, sure!

i would just like higher duration, 45-60 seconds. I think pausing the timer on the hook encourages camping and fishing for hook trades.
