Xbox ONE - Game crash, first time in two years.

On Xbox ONE, South America Servers the new update have this issues:
-Game crashed for no reason. Is not the servers.
-Sometimes while i'm in killer or survivor lobby, game does'nt load out to play.
-To play killer or survivor the waiting is long, not the lobbys, just when i choose what to play, also the intro cinematic and the start, before to log into the menu.
