how to handle endless perks

hi! my first post.

i think there should be a button just to select survivor's owns perks.

and there should be a button to randomize perks. this could be fun since you have to figure out how to play DURING the play. how to optimize every aspect? how to take to use those rarely seen dead har.. i mean sole survivor perk. haha.
