Game Afoot Buff: Faster Kick Speed During Chase

Game Afoot, in addition to the 5% Haste after kicking an object while chasing the Obsession, should also have a 10% kicking speed boost while in chase. I'm not sure whether or not it should still be limited to chasing the Obsession or not, but I think it would give the perk some additional utility and further emphasize it as a perk for relentless pursuit of a target.
