How to make the skull merchant more fun AKA making her better at chase and worse at 3 genning

1) A survivor working on a generator is immune to lock on build up meaning you will no longer be exposed while repairing a generator. The drone will still cause the survivor to appear on radar.

2) Lock on doesn't decay until the survivor is exposed or attacked. Successfully removing a claw reduces some of your lock on, but not all of it (probably like a quarter or so)

3) Skull merchant does not slow down when pulling up the radar. Only when activating a drone remotely/placing a drone.

4) Some add-ons that let skull merchant move faster/kick faster in drone radius become base kit, add-ons reworked or slightly increase the strength of the effect.

5) Delay of placing a drone is a little lower

6) Undetectable status persists much longer after walking out a drone radius.

7) Survivors with claw traps are oblivious
