Does anyone know if Vigil makes the Bloodrush go by faster?

I'm wondering if vigil makes the broken status effect go away faster or not. it doesn't work for second wind, so maybe it's coded the same way?

    i think broken status does get removed faster but the actual healing is not performed faster,,basically it does nothing for blood rush,at least that's what i think without extensively testing it out
