PC - No pallet in jungle gym at Thompson House

The match started, I took first aggro and when we got to the jungle gym there was no pallet. And I spawned in that area, so I'm 100% sure it was the first time the killer went there. Also, there are no broken pieces as you can see in the last image.
This is Thompson House. And it happened to me again on another match with the same tile, unfortunately I wasn't recording, but now I know it's not a coincidence, it's a bug.
