Tome challenge points do not go over bloodpoint cap but rift bloodpoints do

Please make it sot that there is more consistency. For example, since my rift rewards will go over the cap and my login rewards will go over the cap - let tome challenge and daily ritual challenge bloodpoints also go over the cap. Also, since sometimes in the tome web we can avoid claiming rewards and continue on the path, make it always possible to move to the immediately next challenge to one completed. i hope this makes sense.
