Could we have in-game Vsync/framerate limit options?

The GameUserSettings.ini method is quite well known, but there's the whole "not whitelisted" issue surrounding it.
While it's incredibly unlikely in my eyes that EAC would make it bannable to edit a file that simply holds your personal configuration options, I honestly see no reason to not put the options in the settings interface.
Vsync is a very commonly disabled feature, and people with monitors that offer refresh rates higher than 60hz would probably appreciate being able to put them to use if they aren't already by using the aforementioned method.
