Thrill of the Hunt BP bonus does not work

On PC.
Equip Thrill, go for your first chase, note that the bonus should be increased but it isn't. Bonus does not change if a Dull Totem is broken either, nor if Thrill is cleansed.
Happens every game, lasts the entire match. I don't think it was like this a couple weeks ago.
Here with Beast of Prey and Thrill of the Hunt equipped, I only get 600 Hunter points for my first chase, when I should get 800.
Here I'm using only Thrill, finding the first 2 survivors, 400 BP each instead of 600.
200 bonus after the first 4 chases instead of 300, Thrill is still active and has 5 totems
