Imo it should be 5, 6, 8, 10%

It's 3, 5, 6, 7.
I think it should be 3, 5, 8, 10 personally considering at 4 traps you basically don't have a power but I doubt you'll ever be boosted more than 5% most of the time so it's fine.

3, 6, 9, 12. Obviously factors of three are superior.

It's 3, 5, 6, 7%. That's because it's multiplicative, as are the vast majority of (if not all) movement speed modifiers. 4.6m/s x 3% = 4.738m/s. At 5% it's 4.83m/s. At 6% it's 4.876m/s. And at 7% it's 4.922m/s.

You're more likely to have only one or two survivors tracked so the buff needs to be front-loaded. Having all four tracked at the same time will be a rare occurrence.

Its not, its additive. The only "Multiplicative" case is Selfcare, which is not -67% healing speed, but x0.33

Haste is multiplicative (and so is Hindered).
NOED speed (+4%) on a 115% killer is 119.6% (4.784m/s), not 119% (4.76m/s).

I think the buff is meant to be more impactful at the earlier stages of it. You're not likely to have 3 or 4 survivors tracked at the same time very often compared to only 1 or 2, thus why they didn't spread it out evenly (such as 2, 4, 6, 8). And they didn't want it going higher than 7% I guess. The uneven spacing doesn't bother me personally.

I meant +4% as in, it gives you 4% Haste which is applied multiplicatively to the killer's movement speed, but, I guess the correct way of looking at it would be to say x1.04.
With Survivors, it's easier because their base speed is 4m/s or 100%. So Hope for example, is 7% Haste, and 7% of 100% is still 7%, or 107% movement speed total.

Sorry, but you're confusing two different mechanics here: movement speed, and progress buffs/debuffs. In the case of movement speed, mostly everything is multiplicative. In the case of progress buffs, they are added up and then multiplied by every debuff, as in progress speed buffs are additive, progress speed debuffs are multiplicative (think Coulrophobia and Dying Light as an example; (base heal speed x 0.5 x (1-.03(Dying Light stacks))) = actual heal speed. Completely separate from this is movement speed buffs and debuffs, which are again almost all multiplicative.

Tbh I like how they are trying to make her somewhat better. Her power is still kind of boring imo, but now it seems it's a bit more impactful and strategic without being 3gen focused, which is something. But now I wonder... Will this haste boost have an effect on base speed or will it be added to base speed + bloodlust? I mean, if you are bloodlust lvl 1, and have 2 survivors tracked, will the formula be
A) Base speed x 1.05 + 0.2
or
B) (Base speed + 0.2) + 1.05
It's not that it will make a huge difference (barely noticeable, tbh) but I still would like to know. I'm guessing it will be option A, but who knows.

I want to say the first one, because treating bloodlust as part of the killer's speed when taking haste buffs into account doesn't make a ton of sense.

They need to increase the first movespeed bonus to 5%, I see no other way for her to score hits as a m1 killer otherwise. Anything below 120% is still the same hold W to win gameplay from survivors with the occasional pallet drop and vault in between.
Even if she gets her brown addon as basekit she'll never see any use for it since survivors generally leave loops against her due to her setting up drones at the loop itself. 45 seconds of battery life will not suffice and before she even realizes what's going on that haste bonus will be gone and she's back to being a miserable 115% m1 killer with no gapcloser.
With the planned removal of her gen defense potential this'll cement her status as a D tier killer fo sure.

Yes it does bother me that their solution to one of the worst designed killers ever is too give them free bloodlust, it should be 0,0,0,0

This is just Knight´s version of a buff where you get Haste for a few secs.

We should be counting our lucky stars it wasn't 1/2/4/7. They like to backload killer abilities/perks.
