I've looked for it both on PC and on PS5, it's not listed. Do certain skins expire after a time of being in the store?

Didn't the devs say they would be making some cosmetics seasonal, to reduce store clutter and to make the outfits more special when they do come around?

Its a Christmas Skin, its available when its Christmas.
