Freddy's Snares can't be placed on part of the new Shelter Woods building

• Platform - Steam
• Description of the issue: On the bottom floor of the new building on Shelter Woods, specifically the area with metal flooring, does not allows Freddy to place any snares. It's possible other killers who place objects on the ground could be affected as well.
• Steps to reproduce: Load up Shelter Woods as Freddy, and try to place a snare on the metal floor; it won't let you.
• How often does this occur: 100% of the time.
