why is it not possible to connect the ps4 acc with the pc

I had a really long playtime on my ps4 and i also spend a lot of money. I switched on the pc and everything is gone i would love to play this game again with my stuff, skins, perks and my exp can someone help me there?

    BHVR stated they know cross progression between consoles and PC is something the community wants but it’s at a point where it is not in their hands anymore.

    we don’t know what actually is hindering here, though it’s very likely that BHVR and Sony as well as Microsoft couldn’t come to an agreement (yet) and it might never come..
