Non 3 gen Skull Merchant

I've been playing a good amount of the Skull Merchant and having some serious fun with some non 3 gens builds from mrgimms and spookyloopz. I wouldn't say she's super strong but I'm winning around 50% of my games but been having fun in almost most of them. Wonder if anyone has any other builds to try out.

    Playing SM non 3 gens? So a normal basic M1 killer?


    I just can’t see her drones being used in chases. You put the drone down, and the survivor just holds W.

    Thank you for your sacrifice in not playing 3-gen skull merchant, unlike the toxic skull merchant I just faced on midwich who was able to cover half the map and both floors with their bullshit for 45 minutes.

    Well, her new update (that apparently drops tomorrow) will make her stronger in chase, since with each trap active, she becomes faster, up to a 7% movement speed increase.

    And active claw traps make it impossible for the survivor to hack other drones, plus, her brown addon that makes pallets break will become basekit.

    Honestly it's not a sacrifice I just find 3 gen so boring but thank you.

    I run the hindered add on plus the haste and you would be surprised how effective it is.

    She's not super strong but it can be effective and is way more fun then just hit kick gen hold w hit kick gen.....

    Hexes Thrill of the Hunt and Devour Hope, Iron Grasp, Flex Perk (I use Deadlock). Can swap out Iron Grasp if you prefer but I like to use it so I can hook away from drones.

    Rather than gen defense, dedicate a couple drones to totem defense. A drone goes down you know the totem is in danger and Thrill buys you time to save it, which is why I pick it over Undying.

    I've used it a couple times to decent effect. Got 4/5 stacks each time, reasonable length games (~15 minutes), and 3Ks both times (one person I gave Hatch, second legit beat me to it)

    Addons I was using lower cooldown to reactivate drones and increased active time. Though I realized Claw addons like Powdered Glass might be better since you're Incentivized to go after survivors who disable your drones.

    For that same reason the upcoming Skull Merchant changes should synergize well with this build.

    A variation I have not yet tried myself, guard the totems but they're all traps like Haunted Ground or Retribution
