New, Weaker Pallet-Blocking Perk that is not a Hex
Can killers get a new perk that blocks pallets within 4m for 4/5/6 seconds when putting a survivor into the dying state?
- Flashlights undo a down in seconds, but killers have Lightborn.
- Bodyblocking the hook can undo a down, but killers have Mad Grit.
- Boil Over can undo a down if luck would have it, but killers have Iron Grasp.
- Pallet saves quickly undo a down, but all killers have is Hex: Blood Favor, which is only temporary (very temporary).
If the killer can have access to two different perks with the same effect, like Hex: Crowd Control and Bamboozle, then why can't killers have a weaker Hex: Blood Favor to also block pallets on a smaller, niche scale?
Bad enough that I have to give up 3 perk slots to secure a hook, but even that's not enough if the survivor goes down at a pallet. Even if I played Trapper and trapped the other side of the pallet before picking up, 1 survivor can begin disarming while another runs in for the stun.

Judging by the latest chapters, I'm sure the devs are grasping at straws for new perk ideas.
This one's straight forward, not OP, and a big quality of life.

Another alternative is buffing Hubris, making it last for twice as long if the pallet stun makes you drop a survivor.
That, or make Hubris break the pallet (you still drop the survivor).

In the mean time, the devs can stop Hex: Blood Favor from revealing itself on the first basic attack if it's not near a pallet. Reveal it if they're hit within 8 meters of a pallet? 12 meters?

How about this: after hooking a survivor, the perk activates. The next time a survivor attempts to drop a pallet within your terror radius, the pallet is immediately blocked for 30 seconds and the perk deactivates.

That's an entirely different perk that doesn't have the same goal
Not a terrible idea as a hex though I suppose.
