Healing Change is in the wrong direction

Altruistic healing didn't need a nerf.
Adding 8 seconds to the time wasted by healing hurts medkits a little, but that 8 seconds results in 16 extra seconds wasted when healing someone else
The whole reason medkits are so strong is that its efficiency is 2x that of altruistic healing.
This set of changes doesn't change that at all. Healing yourself with a med kit is still 2x as efficient as letting someone else heal you.
The only thing this change will do is increase the gap between med kit healing and altruistic healing.
Instead of increasing the base healing time, medkits should have gotten a penalty to self healing speed added. i.e., Medkits self heal at 67% normal healing speed. This would result in healing others staying the same, but medkits still getting the 8-second healing speed nerf.
This change will make med kits more vital than ever. The addon changes will ensure that you can only heal twice, sure, but medkits, we'll make it, and adrenaline will be the ONLY smart ways to heal now. Anything else is a tremendous waste of time.
