Dead Hard and Pain Resonance shouldn't be nerfed

Dead Hard is the most fun exhaustion perk in the game that is stronger against more powerful killers while not being too oppressive against weaker ones. Yes DH sometimes is unfair but compared to it's old version it's in much better place and we all do not want the Sprint Burst meta.
Pain Res-probably the most healthy gen regression perk in the game. I am fine with nerfing COB and Overcharge but why nerf Pain Res? This leaves basicly killers with Jolt as the only reliable slowdown perk, and not every killer can use it. I feel like killers are gonna tunnel more just to get one person out quickly then try to deal with the rest of survivors while using Deadlock and No Way Out.
This feels like the Pop nerf, Bhvr nerfed the perk just to have it changed without thinking how healthy a perk is. Bhvr should bring back the Old Pop as well as Old Ruin since they offered good slowdown while being for the most part healthy for the game.

Honestly, Dead Hard was the unhealthiest perk in the game. Killers couldn't even swing with their weapons...
Sprint Burst is better perk than Dead Hard, but it's not unhealthy at all.
Scourge Hook nerf - it shouldn't happen...

This is not really that true. Stronger killers like nurse and blight and spirit, they can just hit through dh and catch up quickly because they have a chase power. A killer like demogorgon can't even use shred against injured survivors because they will have enough time to react.

I would rather have sprint burst meta. The difference between dead hard and other exhaustion perks is that dead hard triggers at the end of a chase. The rest usually trigger at the start or sometimes in the middle. There's also the micro-situations where killers have to hesitate because of the existence of the perk which buys survivors more time.

Pain res either triggers on every hook which can be completely oppressive and or annoying or it can trigger never because you never see a scourge hook. It's inconsistent but very annoying when it occurs, just like dead hard. The change limits it's potential whilst also encouraging you to get for first hook each survivor, it's more healthy now, just weaker.
I also disagree that pop was a healthy perk, it was OP. I like ruin though.
