What does it say on Jeff's shirt?

I think it says NOLAN. Anyway, I'd like to know if there's any meaning behind his shirt(s).

Pretty sure almost all of Jeff’s shirts (with logos) are inspired by Metal bands/referencing in-universe Metal bands.
