Last few DBD updates (and very controversial upcoming one) to balance the game and shake up META always somehow come short to reach the goal and then ends up re-nerfed or re-buffed to oblivion. I think the core problem is that it is virtually impossible to find fun/daring solution where you have Trapper in one hand and Blight in the other.
The best solution for this could be setting individual perk values for each killer and some perks could even be "unteachable" . That way there would be no need to nerf perks across the board and also allow new strong and fun perks that are not OP because of Blight and Nurse.
