Self Care - If this healing time takes 24 seconds to heal, I suggest to change to this: Unlocks the ability to heal yourself without a Med-Kit at 30/50/60 % of the normal Healing speed. Skill Checks triggered in this situation have their rotation speed reduced by 0/5/10%.

    Yes please. 60% would actually be good. It would arguably be more efficient than altruistic healing, but would still take a very long time, making altruistic healing better.
