PC - Merciless Storm, 50% of gen regression.

I don't know what else to say, no other perks seem to be involved (overcharge, call of brine, jolt, etc...)
I faied a skillcheck and it was down to roughly 50%. It looks like it was instant, not over time, because the sound of the generator immediately changed.
Unfortunately I didn't see the killer's perks.
