Idea what to do with 3-gen Skull Merchant

So, after an hour-long match against the Merchant, I wondered what devs could change to prevent this game-hostage playstyle in the protection of 3 gens with this Killer. And no, we did not leave this triangle, it was the Merchant from the very beginning of the game who stood in one part of the map and nodded to us, making it clear how she was going to play. She never left this area.

The whole problem is if you try to repair the generator in drone radius, you become oneshot, so you have no option to get hit, get out of the triangle and heal. You need to either take the risk and repair the generator while you oneshot, or wait each time until the drone can be hacked. And still the Merchant can activate the drone again or come to install a new one and regress the generator again.

I propose to make the drone two modes: protecting the generator and tracking the survivors. 

The drone enters generator protection mode if a survivor within the drone's radius starts repairing the generator. At this point, the survivor does not accumulate oneshot, but he doesn’t have a notification about skill checks. Survivors will have to concentrate on hitting skill checks if they don't want to hack the drone. Skill checks are reduced to make it harder to hit them. (maybe base-kit addon which reduce skill checks now). There are a chance that Skill check will be reverted (the ones we get under Doctor’s madness). If Survivor hits the skill check, the Merchant receives a notification. 

Survivor tracking mode works if there are no survivors who are repairing the generator in drone’s radius. In this mode, oneshot will accumulate on the Survivor.

Regardless of the drone's mode, the Merchant gains Undetectable status when she enters its range.

It seems to me that if the Merchant ability works like this, then the Survivors still have the motivation to hack drones, the Merchant will be able to use her drones both in chase and to protect the generators, her tactics of three-gen will not be this suffocating, and such ability will motivate the Merchant to concentrate on chases, not defending gens.

It shouldn’t work exactly like this, but the main idea is two modes - one if Survivor is repairing a gen inside drone, and receives some punishment for it, the other if there’s no Survivor on a gen. What do you think?

    They probably won't have to do anything actually. The big problem with 3 genning at the moment are the slowdown perks killers have, mainly Call of Brine and Overcharge. Those two perks are getting nerfed hard, so she probably won't be a problem anymore, and people might even have enjoyable matches against her after that.

    I know, I know. I also don’t think BHVR even plan to think about this killer next couple years since they did one change. And maybe she will get weaker at holding 3 gen in new meta, I want to share this idea with community because it seems not bad to me. At least not worse than we have now.
