Feedback to PTB
So I played a few matchs of the PTB and checked out some stuff. I would like to provide my feedback.
So first off, the reason I am uninstalling the PTB and just going back to Live is because of the number of bugs I've seen in the PTB, and the just unbelievable way it was handled. I ran into two different.. ya know. As I type this out I feel quite Karen-ish. I am supposed to be providing feedback to the PTB not bitching.
Two matchs in a row I came across people exploiting bugs. The first was as a Pig who was obviously exploiting some sort of bug involving the reverse beartraps, that would signal me as having the helmet on when I did not, and then somehow placing me onto a hook without having actually done it, while still allowing me to "crawl around" as if I was still on the ground.
Then I ran into a Legion who was able to swing their weapon as many times as they pleased without dropping out of their Frenzy, and was also a total waste of time.
I understand testing things out before they go live, and maybe I'm bitching about doing the very thing I was asked to do, but it seems like if what I'm supposed to be doing is stress testing the vast balance changes you are intending to make, I would at least be able to play a stable enough build to test it out without just being showcased the various bugs they've discovered. The community will community though, so whatever.
The testing I was able to do, I am mostly in favor of. I would LOVE a chance to test it more, but I won't be able to play on the PTB anymore if its just going to be people taking advantage of silly things like this. The healing changes I really liked, as long as you can tone those down and change the way that people move in the game, by trying to tie gameplay more to teamplay. I think that could be good. I mostly enjoyed what I saw.
