    While you are at it remove her fatigue, increase the base number of blinks up to 5 and increase the blink range by 30 meters. Fair and balanced.

    Give her 6 arms with Bubba's chainsaw. She doesn't need to charge it up, always on with 150% ms.

    maybe give her 110% movement speed that not so good nurse players can catch up without to blink
