The Meet your Maker event was backwards?

Wouldn't it have made more sense to unlock the shirts by collecting the genmats, and then have the charms be code unlocks?

I legitimately thought we'd have to collect all three genmats in one trial to unlock one shirt, very surprised that's not the direction the event was going.

But wouldn't doing it as you suggested be far more tedious? Do you really want to have to collect the genmats twenty times versus (insert however many charms there are now)? This way is nice and simple.

I don't see how it would be tedious, collecting genmats doesn't take any time at all.

I agree that this was nice and simple. It's just strange is all, usually with events cosmetics require ingame efforts to unlock and charms are the code unlocks.

It also would have made more sense to have the event running when the game launched, instead of ending it on the same day.
