Hex Totems not spawning.

Just had a match on Lerys memorial institute where I ran Ruin & Undying, but the Undying Totem never spawned, the perk was disabled from the start.
I also ran Pentimento, so it's definitely not that they quickly destroyed it and I missed it. I would have seen the destroyed totem aura then.
Platform was PC and it was live server
