Hex: Third Seal losing stacks with Hex: Undying

when Undying is cleansed, Third Seal loses all stacks and I have to start over.

Shouldn't stacks transfer now, ala Devour Hope?

    I have also had this same issue with stacks not transferring from third seal when undying is cleansed.
