Nemesis Vaccines Bugged

I have had a couple Nemesis matches today, and I can't use vaccines. I can interact and pick them up, but when I use them, the progress bar doesn't increase no matter how long I do it for. Weird part is, other players appear to have been using them successfully. Thought maybe a match thing, but then it happened again.
1st match was on RPD East wing I think? 2nd map was Ormond. On PC as a platform.
