Whiffing To Successes achievement bugged not tracking properly

The whiffing to successes achievement doesn't properly gain progress it still gains progress randomly but I don't know what causes it. I've had the killer miss then I vault within the killers missed cooldown 10+ times and haven't gotten any progress (I check every time for progress) but very rarely I gain progress for the achievement for absolutely no reason and I don't know why.
