Ps5 - Unable to Watch Tome Videos

When I try to view the unlockable videos in the tome, they remain greyed out despite me having unlocked all of the entires.
This is also true for videos I had already unlocked and watched from previous tomes.
I've asked a few friends and this appears to be limited to playstation.
