With the upcoming healing changes...

Can we please just give perks such as Reactive Healing, Resurgence, and Solidarity the bonus of providing immunity to Hemorrhage? The fact that 1 or add-on or perk such as Sloppy Butcher can pretty much make these already niche perks almost completely redundant is ridiculous imo.

All of these perks need something

though idk if giving them all the same secondary effect would be the best approach..

They definitely should provide at least some delay/slow down to hemorrhage when triggered. I'll see those perks from time to time when considering builds and then remember there is such a high chance they get wiped out by killer selections and they are weak as is.

    Hemorrhage protection would be awesome.

I do think there should be some sort of protection against Hemorrhage for this but it shouldn’t be full immunity. For example, when you gain partial heal progress from one of these perks, you then have a certain amount of time to finish healing/get healed by someone else before that partial progress starts to regress.
