Pyramid Head Can't move

When I went to mori a survivor when they were infected by trail of torment and they were on their 3rd hook stage, they DC'd right before the bar filled up. And right after, I COULD NOT move for the rest of the game. I could tab out; I could even click on the pause menu. I couldn't press m1 to swing my weapon, m2 didn't do my power, I couldn't look in any direction. I was just stuck there until every other survivor left the game.
