Killer-Specific BP Incentives
Just a thought I had, sparked by the Killer Repeat Prevention suggestion.
I'm not sure if the BP incentives have been successful or not, but one way it occured to me they could be used was to encourage use of other killers. Maybe pick 3 at random and add a bonus to them if you use them in your match.
Similar to dailies but without the requirement to do X a certain number of times.
Alternatively, tag particular perks with tiny bonuses to encourage incorporating them into builds

Great idea! I had a similar idea I posted about here:
No Map Repeat System, what about for Killers? — BHVR
Personally, I don't think BP is enough of an incentive. Additionally, something that was pointed out to me, is that this already exists in the form of Dailies. They are more difficult to complete than simply playing a killer, but they still "reward BP for playing as a specific killer".
I think it should be used but by offering iri shards (even if it is not a lot). And also be less specific than dailies, simply play as X killer. As you suggested, I like the idea of ~3 killers having this bonus. But unlike your suggestion, I don't think it should be random and instead based on killer frequency at your "approx. mmr range".

The thing with daily challenges is you can just cancel them and get new one if is killer you don't like to use.
So giving bigger bp bonus for playing least played killers would be good addition. I have seen point that then you are punished playing killer you like to play but that is not true you are just rewarded playing different killers.

There might be an issue with it stacking with the already existing killer queue BP bonus, so I'd say have them 1.25x/1.5x XP
