Hooked Survivors 'fat shame' killers

Issue: hook spawns block paths inside/through tiles when a survivor is hooked.
Steps to reproduce: none, spawn rules/hitbox rules based issue.
How often: noticed on multiple maps. One of the Crotus Prenn maps (I think disturbed ward) and today was on Dead Dawg Saloon playing Wesker.
