Regarding licensed killers skins
I´ve seen few topics here and on Reddit about a possible Cenobite skin based on the 2022 remake by Hulu with female Pinhead / Priestess and I also wondered - what are the chances for making available Myers skin from "Halloween Ends"? There wasn't a reply from someone from BHVR (that I could find) so if possible to let us know (?).

We got so many skins for Capcom characters, Ghostface and a few options for Pig and DBD mobile also have nice options for Onryo which on PC we only have one skin available so far. Would be nice to see more stuff for these killers, maybe it also bring more people to buy their DLCs.

the Halloween license bhvr has only extends to the first movie, so they can only bring stuff from that movie into the game.
Same thing extends to the other licenses (e.g. Leatherface and the first TCM movie, Freddy and the remake ANOES movie, Pinhead and the first Hellraiser movie.)
Would it be possible to have stuff from the most recent installments of those franchises? Hard to say as only bhvr knows how those license deals goes and what they can do with it, also it most likely changes from IP holder to IP holder.
From what i can tell, the IP holders for Ghostface, Pig and Resident Evil are probably the easier license holders to work with when bringing new content to those characters.
Hard to say about whether or not Sadako's mobile skins will come to core dbd, but judging by how one of the game's surveys asked about if people want to see mobile skins come to core DBD, i guess there might be a chance that it could happen at some point in the future.

Well, new masks for Ghost Face, sure. But not like Sidney as so many players want. The license is with the toy company, not the movie studio. As for Pig and Resident Evil, yes. BHVR seems to have a pretty good relationship with Lionsgate (they had an entire freakin' Tome dedicated to the SAW franchise) and Capcom (yea, two killers and 4 survivors and 4 legendaries) and even Konami with the recent Princess Heart Cheryl (and Feng)

Assuming the license holders allows it, yes.
Just like how we could also theoretically get Sam Loomis and Laurie's friends as legendary skins.
