Visceral Cankers randomly spawning
i found 2 of them while playing but i only got one screenshot, this was back in march and you could see the new Hud and the recent meet your maker shirt i was wearing. The last time i saw these were at the 2019 Halloween event.

the event challenges for cankers still exist, and someone can spawn them in if they still have the challenge. it's possible that this is the case, unless you were in 4 man and can confirm no one brought the challenge, if that's the case then i have no damn clue.

2 man game, but isn't the challenges that spawn these up a limited time only? it's not like the tome challenges. but the fact that i saw them not once but twice is beyond me.

It were normal tome challenges in one of the earliest tomes. Nowadays they would be part of event tomes, which are time limited.
