Change DS so that...
for every DS perk in the match DS gets a token (4 people brings it in every DS in the match has 4 tokens, etc.)
Every time DS gets used all DS's in the match lose a token.
Still pretty much useless, but now killer will have to think if they want to tunnel the person again.
Alternatively give it 10s enduring/haste (like when you get unhooked) on top of 3s stun duration.

I'd just make it work twice on unhook and increase the stun to 4 seconds.

Yes, also make it work in end game and for every Survivor that brings this perk the duration of this perk is increased by 20 seconds and stun per token by 2 seconds. Also if the Killer hits you if you have Endurance on you, they will be slowed be -10% Movement for the remaining duration of the DS. Also if it is end game you will gain +50% Haste for 15 seconds just to make sure Killer has no way to catch you even if you are the last Survivor standing.

Make the stun 3,5s but disable killer power for 5s for example so then it would not only punish m1 killers but every killer equally.

Alternatively, buff DS to 7 seconds stun, add 10 seconds haste after they got unhooked, make it deactivate, when a different survivor is hooked and make them recover slower, when slugged.
This would add a serious risk to tunneling, while still punishing a survivor with DS bodyblocking for their team mates (which literally forces the killer to 'tunnel').

Maybe i'm not understanding but whats the point of making the first change?? DS already has only 1 use so what's the point of the change? The others still get 1 use with that system...

If I understand correctly, he means that a surv can use ds even 4 times in a row, but removing it from the other survs. Such a thing would be toxic at historic levels, given that the first surv chased would be untouchable because he can free himself 4 times in a row from the killer's grip without the slightest effort
