In-Game News Pops Up Every Login

Even though everything has been read and there's nothing new, every initial login to the game the in-game news screen pops up. This just started sometime in the past few weeks.

Playing on PC, Windows 10, Steam platform.

    This is due to changing the GameUserSettings.ini file and having the "read only" button checked in the properties.

    Thanks all, that was it! I set it to read-only the last time I made some adjustments to prevent the game overriding them.

    I loaded the game up and waited for the News window to pop up, removed read-only from the file, closed the News window, then immediately closed the game. Reset read-only back on then loaded the game up, did the trick!
