Why the hell Adrenaline mends you instantly???
Also why it still wakes you up, since waking up is not a healing action too?

Because survivor mains would have a harder time being tracked with NC and make NC a must have for said chars meta. Its also why they are planning on making doctors madness one out of the sense status for NC. I mean it would be amazing but i understand from a balence view point0
