Quick click is at times resulting in lunge on blight lethal rush

so this seems to be about a 50/50 where during lethal rush I will quick click M1 and it will lunge instead of the quick attack resulting in a LOT of misses that should be hits and it's only the blight that seems to be having this issue. is it so much more sensitive for a lunge on blight? is there a way to fix this?
