No speed boost when hit by hatchet

• Platform- Switch
• I get hit by a hatchet (I am playing as Dwight with the MYM shirt and propeller hat) and I get slowed down to less than walking speed when injured by a hatchet from full health. I am holding the run button down the whole time and I get slowed down.
• Steps to reproduce (if possible)
• How often does this occur- every time i face a huntress, special attacks like blight, deathslinger, trickster, artist crows and Wesker grabs.
