Strange light/ graphical issues

I played 2 games today (Wreckers Yard, Gas Heaven) and i had strange light issues, there was a flashlight bulb just hovering around

It happens on spirit when you start phasing and the surv uses their beams. The beam stays till the end.

I don't think that's it. The beam that got stuck for me happened when they went for a save when I picked up.
