Does MMR update monthly?

I’ve noticed since the rank reset on the 13th that I’m being matched with people waaaaay above my ability level. Lots of P100s and bully squads. Not fun really. Is that a coincidence or is rank reset day also the day when we all move around for matchmaking purposes and I now have a month of pain ahead of me?

    The MMR updates game after game and it doesn't reset monthly, it's probably just a coincidence.

    P100 does only mean they had earned and invested BP into one character, it doesn’t equal skill. And bully squads might also not be actually that skillful if you don’t play right into their cards, usually you should notice quickly what they are up to (flashlight saves, hook sabotages, trying to distract you instead of commiting to one surv) and act accordingly


    MMR isn’t being reset, and… it’s really only counting escapes/kills so it’s not really directly skill based either. It also favors short queue times over accurate matchmaking
