Hubris needs help.

Hey everyone,

It's me, ya Knight boi. I like Oni best, but the knight is my part-time gig.

I was stuck playing the armored fella with nowhere to hide and the overcharge/Call of brine combo and 3 gens were my bread and butter last patch.

As entertaining as the 20min+ test of will a 3 gen slug fest could have been (fun from watching fellas dc)... well... it wasn't fun for real cuz DH and CoH were a thing.

Now the new patch drop and I feel like a new knight! I love these changes so far!

Lemme throw that 3 gen stuff in the trash in favor for: Hubris.

But wait... that perk says "get hit by pallet to do exposed" with a timer...

To make it viable, you kinda need the support of 2 other perks: "spirit fury and enduring"

But here's the thing... all a survivor has to do is hold w after a stun... then all that setup on your part goes for naught as the timer runs out every times.

If they let you trigger spirit fury, often by then they already lost a health state and hubris provides no value.

But there is these moments where enduring/hubris COULD shine... if we just had a few extra seconds of exposed applied to play on the tile they ran to. All I ask is that chance to swing to get my value when and if I earned it.


Alternatively, I would suggest to rename the perk to "silly"... because a survivor would really need to be silly to fall for it as they get notified the very instant they stun the killer that they need to press w... if they don't... well they s-... nevermind.


All it would take is a little nudge. Plz?
