"Spring the Trap" Challenge Not Registering

Steps to replicate:
- 4+ Survivors caught in traps next to windows, upright pallets, and dropped pallets.
- Challenge progress didn't increase in match.
- Tome challenge did not complete after match.
Additional info:
Despite the challenge progress update within a match, the progress also didn't increase for each survivor caught in a trap next to a window or pallet. Similar to other challenges with a "0/1" progress in a tome but increases in progression with a "0/X" during a match (X = 4 in this case), where X is the total amount required to complete the challenge.
The traps that the survivors have been caught in are also sometimes touching a window, next to a dropped pallet, or underneath an upright pallet.
